About The Tin Roof Distillery
Established in 2021, The Tin Roof Distillery is a family-run operation in Lunenburg specializing in bourbon-style whiskeys conditioned on virgin charred woods from Nova Scotia suppliers. The distillery uses an accelerated aging process with ultrasonic vibrations to produce small batch single malts, with very little blending, and each run may be slightly different. They also offer vodka, gin, naturally flavoured spirits, and on-site sampling.
