The story
About Terroir
Terroir is the restaurant at the Old Orchard Inn, 153 Greenwich Road South in Wolfville, in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. Chef Joe Gillis and his team use the freshest local ingredients from trusted local farmers, foragers, winemakers, and artisans, and the wine and beverage selection puts Annapolis Valley wines first. The room has a massive stone fireplace and large windows overlooking land and sea.
