Bulwark makes handcrafted cider from Annapolis Valley apples. The fruit is juiced onsite and slowly fermented, never made from concentrate. Their five-apple blend uses Macintosh, Golden Russet, Cortland, Honey Crisp and Northern Spy. They make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ciders.
