About Horton Ridge Malt & Grain
Horton Ridge is a craft brewery that produces its own organic floor malt on-site. The brewery uses an artisanal floor malting process to make beer from barley, wheat, rye, buckwheat and oat malts. Grain fields are located right next to the brewery. The taproom and beer garden serve standard Horton Ridge beers, seasonal and one-off beers, plus guest taps, cider and wine.
