Velvaere Wellness blends contrast therapy, fitness classes, sound baths and spa add-ons. Solo Spa Sessions include a salt water hot tub, wood fired sauna, cold plunge and recovery lounge. Private group spa sessions run for 3 hours for up to 6 people.
