About Acadia Cinema Cooperative
The Acadia Cinema Cooperative began in 2002 to save the Acadia Cinema building from redevelopment. The volunteer-run cooperative owns and operates the Al Whittle Theatre in Wolfville and operates Studio Z. The building has been a Provincial and Municipal Heritage building since 2018.
