Parks Canada and partners are honoured to join in Remembrance Day commemorations in Halifax Wednesday, November 11th. Starting at 11:00 a.m., the 1st Field Artillery Regiment will fire a 21-gun salute at the front saluting battery followed by the firing of the noon gun. The Halifax Citadel National Historic Site and Army Museum will be open to visitors free of charge from 10 am until 2 pm.
